WHAT IS
EXERCISE PHYSIOLOGY?

Exercise Physiologists are university qualified health practitioners that have extensively studied exercise metabolism, psychology, nutrition, musculoskeletal assessment and rehabilitation. Because of this knowledge and understanding, Exercise Physiologists are able to precisely modify exercise around perceived barriers. Conditions such as osteoarthritis, chronically unstable ankles/knees, chronic back pain such as sciatica, depression/anxiety, hypertension, diabetes, multiple sclerosis etc, are not considered barriers to exercise, but rather motivators!

This aids in the empowerment of individuals and the achievement of positive health outcomes. Glenn's sporting interests include cricket, which he has played since he was a kid. He also enjoys golf, rugby league, snowboarding and any water sports. Glenn truly believes that exercise can be tailored to suit everyone in every situation, and doesn't view disability, disease or ageing as barriers that prevent an active healthy lifestyle.
